Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet or Idaho potatoes washed and dried
  • 1 spray Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt divided
  • 1 to taste Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Using a fork, pierce each potato all over to allow steam to escape during cooking.
  • Spray each potato with a few spritzes of olive oil and season with 1/4 teaspoon of Kosher salt.
  • Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Carefully remove the potatoes from the air fryer, split them open, and sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper. Add toppings as desired.

Notes

Feel free to get creative with toppings! Try adding shredded cheese, bacon bits, or even a dollop of guacamole for a twist.
