  • 16 oz ribeye steak, ½ inch thick, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce No alcoholic drinks allowed, please substitute with a non-alcoholic option.
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Mix oyster sauce, beef stock, minced ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and brown sugar in a bowl to create the marinade.
  • Add the sliced ribeye steak and broccoli florets to the marinade and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F.
  • Place the marinated beef and broccoli in the air fryer basket, keeping the excess marinade aside.
  • Spread the beef and broccoli evenly in the basket and air fry at 370°F for 8 minutes.
  • While cooking, combine soy sauce and cornstarch to make a slurry.
  • In a saucepan, mix the slurry with the reserved marinade and cook over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Once the beef and broccoli are cooked, toss them in the prepared sauce until coated.
  • Serve the beef and broccoli over rice or noodles.
