4cupstortilla chips
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
1roma tomatodiced
0.5bell pepperdiced
1scallionsliced
1cupchopped fresh cilantro
1cupsour creamfor serving
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
Preheat the air fryer to 320°F.
Line the air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper.
Arrange half of the tortilla chips in a single layer at the bottom of the air fryer.
Layer half of the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, bell pepper, and cooked ground beef over the chips.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Air fry the nachos at 320°F for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the nachos from the air fryer.
Top with sliced scallions and chopped cilantro.
Serve with sour cream or other desired toppings.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding jalapeños, black beans, or avocado slices to your nachos.
