Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp pepper
  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 roma tomato diced
  • 0.5 bell pepper diced
  • 1 scallion sliced
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup sour cream for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 320°F.
  • Line the air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper.
  • Arrange half of the tortilla chips in a single layer at the bottom of the air fryer.
  • Layer half of the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, bell pepper, and cooked ground beef over the chips.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  • Air fry the nachos at 320°F for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove the nachos from the air fryer.
  • Top with sliced scallions and chopped cilantro.
  • Serve with sour cream or other desired toppings.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding jalapeños, black beans, or avocado slices to your nachos.
