  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel, drizzle with canola oil, and toss to coat.
  • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken thighs.
  • Coat the air fryer basket with non-aerosol cooking spray, then place the seasoned thighs in the basket.
  • Cook for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through if desired, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). For extra crispiness, spray the chicken with a light coat of cooking spray before air frying.
