  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz)
  • 1 spray olive oil
  • dried spices (Cajun seasoning, garlic salt, etc.)

Instructions
 

  • Drain the chickpeas in a colander and pat them dry with paper towels until completely dry.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • Place the dried chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes for even cooking.
  • Transfer the hot chickpeas to a medium bowl. Spritz them with olive oil spray and toss with your choice of dried spices immediately.
  • Let the seasoned chickpeas cool to room temperature before serving. Enjoy as a crispy snack or add to salads for extra texture and flavor!
