Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, minced garlic, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Add the chicken tenderloins to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Make sure every piece is well covered for the best taste.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 hour to marinate. Marinating helps the flavors penetrate the chicken.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Preheating ensures that your chicken will cook evenly.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray and place the chicken tenders in the basket, ensuring they are not touching each other. You may need to cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through the cooking time. This helps achieve a golden-brown finish on both sides!
  • The chicken is ready when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken tenders before air frying.
