  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix the salt, oregano, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil to create a paste.
  • Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the spice paste.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 370°F for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and continue cooking for an additional 4-8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  • Tent the cooked chicken with foil and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken in the spice paste for a few hours before cooking.
