Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch bite-sized cubes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Place the chicken cubes in a gallon-sized plastic bag.
Squeeze the lemons into a medium mixing bowl, adding the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, lemon pepper, and dried basil. Whisk the ingredients together.
Pour the marinade into the bag with the chicken cubes. Seal the bag and shake it to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Place the marinated chicken cubes in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd it. Cook in batches if necessary.
Air fry at 375°F for about 8 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. Remove the cooked chicken from the air fryer and transfer it to a plate.
Serve the lemon chicken bites warm, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon slices if desired.
