Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except beef. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add the beef to the mixture and combine well. Shape the mixture into 16 meatballs.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Adjust the temperature to 380°F.
  • Cook the meatballs for 12-14 minutes or until they are browned and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Allow the meatballs to rest for 3 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a marinara sauce or serving the meatballs with pasta or in a sandwich.
