Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbs potatoes Peeled and diced
  • 14 oz Kielbasa sausages Sliced
  • 1 medium brown onion Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
  • 0.5 tablespoon garlic granules
  • 1 to taste salt
  • 1 to taste black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
  • Peel and dice the potatoes into small bite-sized cubes. Rinse thoroughly under cold water, then pat dry.
  • Season potatoes with all-purpose seasoning, garlic granules, salt, pepper, and half of the olive oil. Mix well.
  • Place seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Slice Kielbasa into rounds and chop onion into large chunks. Mix with remaining olive oil.
  • Add sausages and onions to the partially cooked potatoes. Gently mix together.
  • Air fry for an additional 5-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy! Optionally sprinkle fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, you can sprinkle some fresh herbs like parsley or thyme before serving.
