Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the canned salmon, egg, mayonnaise, panko breadcrumbs, lemon juice, dried dill, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, ground black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture and shape it into four patties.
Place the salmon patties in the air fryer tray and spray the tops with cooking spray.
Cook on the air fry setting at 390°F for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
