Main Ingredients

  • 14.75 ounces canned salmon
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional
  • 1 serving lemon wedges
  • 1 serving tartar sauce

Instructions
 

  • Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the canned salmon, egg, mayonnaise, panko breadcrumbs, lemon juice, dried dill, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, ground black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture and shape it into four patties.
  • Place the salmon patties in the air fryer tray and spray the tops with cooking spray.
  • Cook on the air fry setting at 390°F for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
