  • 16 ounces Whole White Button or Baby Portabella Mushrooms
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 0.25 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Chives for topping
  • 1 spray Oil Cooking Spray

Instructions
 

  • Gently wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove dirt. Pop or cut off the stems from the caps.
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps generously.
  • Press the tops into shredded cheddar cheese to coat.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with oil and arrange mushrooms in a single layer.
  • Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C) and cook for 4-6 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing in some cooked bacon bits or herbs like parsley or thyme into the cream cheese mixture.
