Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cups apple butter
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

  • Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  • In another bowl, mix the apple butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread this apple butter mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  • Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the apple butter layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  • Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

For a decorative touch, swirl additional apple butter on top before baking.
