Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a rimmed baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the chicken breasts, olive oil, Italian seasoning, seasoned salt, paprika, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoning.
  • Transfer the seasoned chicken to the prepared baking pan, spreading them out evenly. Bake uncovered for 21 to 26 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Tip: Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
  • Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate or cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes. This helps keep the juices locked in, ensuring each bite is tender and flavorful.
