Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Prepare Dredge: Mix the ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese on a shallow plate. Place the mayonnaise on another plate.
  • Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken breast in the mayo on both sides, then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture. Put the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C) when inserted into the thickest part of the chicken breast.

For extra flavor, you can add some garlic powder or paprika to the breadcrumb mixture before coating the chicken.
