In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup of water. Pour this mixture over the turkey wings in the casserole dish. Return the dish, uncovered, to the oven.
Continue baking for approximately 1 more hour until the wings are golden brown. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when checked with a thermometer near the bone.
