  • 2.5 pieces turkey wings
  • 0.5 small onion, chopped (Optional)
  • 1.5 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2.25 cups water divided
  • 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the turkey wings and chopped onion in a casserole dish. Sprinkle seasoned salt, poultry seasoning, black pepper, and minced garlic on both sides of each wing.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of water into the casserole dish, then cover it.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour until the wings are browned.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup of water. Pour this mixture over the turkey wings in the casserole dish. Return the dish, uncovered, to the oven.
  • Continue baking for approximately 1 more hour until the wings are golden brown. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when checked with a thermometer near the bone.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a dash of your favorite herbs or spices to the cream of mushroom soup mixture before pouring it over the turkey wings.
