  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp chicken broth
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp cornstarch

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Prep Bang Bang Sauce in a small bowl and chill.
  • Cook ground turkey in sesame oil until browned; ensure it reaches 165°F.
  • Add all ingredients except cornstarch, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Thicken with cornstarch; optionally stir in bang bang sauce before serving.
  • Assemble rice bowls and serve with toppings.
