  • 12 ounces bowtie pasta
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 0.5 cup chopped bacon use cooked bacon or real bacon pieces, no imitation
  • 2.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese blend
  • 15 ounces canned corn, drained
  • 10 ounces Rotel, undrained
  • 7 ounces diced green chiles, undrained
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.75 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced onions

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until it is al dente. Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Tip: Be sure not to overcook the pasta, as it will continue cooking in the oven.
  • Add the cooked chicken, chopped bacon, shredded cheese, corn, Rotel, green chiles, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, and minced onions to the bowl. Mix well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with additional cheese if desired for extra cheesiness.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and the cheese is melted. Tip: Keep an eye on the cheese to prevent it from burning.
