  • 2 cup uncooked egg noodles
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 cup flour
  • 2 cup beef broth
  • 1 to taste Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil a pot of salted water and cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until the beef is browned (about 10 minutes). Keep some fat in the pan for flavor.
  • Reduce the heat to medium. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in the flour and cook for another 1-2 minutes to remove the raw flour taste.
  • Gradually pour in the beef broth while stirring until the flour dissolves, scraping any bits from the pan.
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes until the gravy thickens. Add more broth if needed.
  • Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the skillet. Mix with the beef mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a dash of hot sauce or sprinkle some fresh herbs on top before serving. No alcoholic drinks allowed, please substitute with a non-alcoholic option.
