  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This step is essential to ensure even cooking.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, mustard powder, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully blended. (Tip: Use a hand mixer for a smoother consistency.)
  • Gently fold in the shredded Swiss cheese, ensuring it's evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Scoop the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly for uniform cooking.
