In a medium skillet, cook and crumble ground beef and half of the diced yellow onion until the beef is thoroughly cooked and onions are soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess grease if needed. Transfer the beef to a bowl.
Lay the soft taco size tortillas on a clean surface. On each tortilla, add shredded lettuce, sliced dill pickles, cooked beef mixture, the remaining diced onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and the prepared Big Mac sauce.
Fold the tortillas to form wraps and serve.
