Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz 226g softened cream cheese
  • 16 oz 454g sour cream
  • 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 15 oz 425g can fire-roasted corn, drained
  • 10 oz 283g can Rotel, drained
  • 4 oz 113g can diced green chiles, drained
  • 8 oz 226g shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the softened cream cheese using a hand mixer until creamy and smooth.
  • Add sour cream, ranch seasoning, drained corn, Rotel, green chiles, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Cover the mixing bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
