Ingredients
  

  • 20-25 chicken wings
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • Finely sliced spring onions for garnish
  • Grilled pineapple wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and Sriracha sauce. Mix well.
  • Add 3/4 of the marinade to the chicken wings and marinate for at least 3-4 hours, or longer for better flavor. Save the remaining marinade for grilling.
  • Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and discard any excess.
  • Heat up the grill and cook the chicken wings, turning once or twice for even cooking. Halfway through cooking, baste the wings with the reserved marinade.
  • Grill pineapple wedges to serve alongside the wings.
  • Garnish the chicken wings with thinly sliced spring onions.

Notes

Notes: For extra caramelization, you can sprinkle some brown sugar on the chicken wings before grilling.
