Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, green onions, red onion, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and parmesan cheese.
Allow the mixture to sit for at least 15 minutes.
Combine the tomato mixture with the cooked pasta.
Season with salt and fresh ground pepper.
Serve immediately or let it sit for up to an hour before serving.
