Ingredients
  

  • 2 naan bread regular, whole wheat, or roasted garlic
  • 1 teaspoon light olive oil
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce plus extra for serving
  • 1 heaping cup freshly grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken from leftover roasted chicken or rotisserie
  • 2 tablespoons freshly crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing for serving
  • Freshly ground black pepper for serving
  • 2 green onions sliced for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place the naan on a metal, rimmed baking sheet and lightly brush or spray them with olive oil.
  • Spoon the buffalo sauce onto the naan, leaving a 1/2-inch edge. Divide and sprinkle shredded cheese, cooked chicken, and crumbled blue cheese on top.
  • Bake on the middle rack of the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the naan turns golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Drizzle a little more buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing over the top. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and sliced green onions.

For extra heat, you can add a few dashes of hot sauce or red pepper flakes before baking.
