  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 0.75 cups Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 10 oz penne noodles uncooked
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Crock Pot by spraying it with cooking spray.
  • Add the chicken breasts directly into the Crock Pot.
  • Pour the chicken broth, Buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated.
  • Drop the cubed cream cheese into the pot, spreading it evenly.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, carefully remove the chicken and place it on a cutting board.
  • Stir in the uncooked penne noodles into the pot, mixing them with the sauce.
  • Cover again and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  • While the pasta cooks, chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • After 30 minutes, stir the pasta, then add the chopped chicken and shredded cheese, mixing everything together until well combined.
  • Cover and cook for another 10 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and heat through.
  • Stir in ½ cup of chopped green onions, then sprinkle the remaining green onions on top for garnish.
  • Dish out your delicious Buffalo Chicken Pasta and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice level by varying the amount of Buffalo sauce. For a creamier texture, you can add more cream cheese or cheese blend. No alcoholic drinks allowed, please substitute with a non-alcoholic option.
