  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 4 quarter teaspoon salt
  • 1 4 quarter teaspoon pepper
  • 2 packages King's Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 2 half teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a large baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Using a large serrated knife, slice the King's Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them intact. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the bottom rolls, then spread the chicken mixture evenly on top. Finish with the remaining cheese and place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.
  • Combine the melted butter and Italian seasoning in a small bowl, then brush this mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly browned.
  • Serve with coleslaw either on the sliders or on the side, if desired.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add extra buffalo sauce or cajun seasoning to the chicken mixture before assembling the sliders.
