Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 batch pizza dough
  • 1 cup chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup ground cashew
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 4 flour or arrowroot starch
  • 1 2 salt
  • 1 2 black pepper
  • 1 2 roasted garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend
  • 1 4 nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup vegan cheese optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the pizza dough according to your favorite recipe or package instructions. Divide it to make 2 pizzas.
  • In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with hot sauce, Sriracha, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  • In a blender, combine ground cashew, almond milk, flour or arrowroot starch, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth to create your white sauce base.
  • In a separate bowl, mix a portion of the white sauce with roasted garlic, onion powder, Italian herb blend, nutritional yeast flakes, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to create the white garlic sauce.
  • For the celery ranch sauce, combine ranch seasoning, celery seeds, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Set aside.
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Shape the pizza dough into your desired pizza shape. Brush with the remaining olive oil and spread the garlic sauce evenly on top.
  • Top the pizza with fresh greens, marinated buffalo chickpeas, a drizzle of buffalo sauce, celery ranch sauce, and vegan cheese if desired.
  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 14 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. For an extra crispy finish, broil for an additional minute.
  • Drizzle any remaining garlic sauce or celery ranch sauce over the pizza before slicing and serving.

Notes

Customize your pizza with additional toppings like fresh herbs or diced veggies. Adjust the spice level by adding more or less hot sauce to the chickpeas.
