  • 2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 third cup brown sugar
  • 1 fourth cup flour
  • 1 half teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 half cup melted butter
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate the triangles evenly using a pizza cutter.
  • In a bowl, mix the chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter until well combined.
  • Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto each triangle at the wide end, allowing some to spill out the ends.
  • Roll up each crescent from the wide end towards the pointed end and place them on the prepared baking sheet 2-3 inches apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  • While the roll ups are baking, warm the caramel sauce in the microwave or on the stovetop.
  • Drizzle the warm caramel sauce over the baked roll ups and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra indulgence, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
