Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate the triangles evenly using a pizza cutter.
In a bowl, mix the chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter until well combined.
Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto each triangle at the wide end, allowing some to spill out the ends.
Roll up each crescent from the wide end towards the pointed end and place them on the prepared baking sheet 2-3 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
While the roll ups are baking, warm the caramel sauce in the microwave or on the stovetop.
Drizzle the warm caramel sauce over the baked roll ups and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra indulgence, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
