sourdough or thick, crusty bread

tablespoons
honey mustard
2
slices
white cheddar cheese
4
slices
deli turkey

red tomato, thinly sliced

fresh baby spinach
4
strips
cooked bacon
2
tablespoons
butter, softened
Instructions
Lay the 4 slices of sourdough on a cutting board.
Spread ½ tablespoon of honey mustard evenly on the top side of each slice.
Place a slice of white cheddar cheese on each slice of bread.
Add 2 slices of deli turkey on top of 2 cheese-topped bread slices.
Divide the baby spinach and tomato slices equally and layer them on top of the turkey.
Place 2 strips of cooked bacon on the remaining cheese-topped bread slices.
Close the sandwiches by putting the bacon side down on the turkey side.
Spread ½ tablespoon of butter on the outside of each slice of bread.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and place the sandwiches in the skillet.
Toast the bottom slice for 3-4 minutes, then flip and toast until the cheese melts and the sandwich is warm.
Serve the sandwiches warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
Add avocado slices or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
