Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese
  • 9 slices bacon
  • Thousand Island dressing for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Divide the mixture into 9 equal portions.
  • Cut the cheddar cheese into 9 small cubes.
  • Flatten each portion of beef and place a cube of cheese in the center. Mold the meat around the cheese, ensuring it is completely sealed.
  • Wrap each meatball with a slice of bacon and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked and the bacon is crispy.
