  • On a small plate, mix ¼ cup of dried cranberries and ¼ cup of pecans. Set aside.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, blend the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth. Tip: Ensure your cream cheese is well-softened to avoid lumps.
  • Add the remaining dried cranberries and pecans to the cheese mixture and mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it in the reserved cranberry and pecan mixture. Tip: Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking while shaping.
  • Serve on a plate or platter with crackers. Tip: Choose a variety of crackers for added texture and flavor.

Notes
