  • 12 oz medium egg noodles
  • 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp McCormick Grill Mates Hamburger seasoning
  • 0.75 cup cooked chopped bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10.5 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 16 oz sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
  • Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set them aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it's no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, Worcestershire sauce, hamburger seasoning, cooked bacon, cheese soup, sour cream, and 1½ cups of cheddar cheese. Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
  • Transfer the pasta mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake the casserole uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes, until it's hot and bubbly.

Notes

For added flavor, you can sprinkle some extra bacon bits on top before baking. No alcoholic drinks allowed, please substitute with a non-alcoholic option.
