  • Skillet For cooking ground beef.
  • Baking sheet For baking flatbreads.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 Naan flatbreads Naan flatbreads
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 3 dill pickles, sliced
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz shredded lettuce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and sweet pickle relish in a bowl.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Brush both sides of the Naan flatbreads with olive oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds on one side of each flatbread (optional).
  • Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until they brown.
  • Cook the ground beef, then strain any excess grease.
  • Spread the sauce evenly on each Naan flatbread.
  • Top with the cooked ground beef and season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle 2 oz of cheddar cheese on each pizza and divide the pickle slices between the two pizzas.
  • Return the flatbread pizzas to the oven and bake for 5-6 minutes, or until the cheese starts to melt.
  • Remove the pizzas from the oven, add shredded lettuce on top.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

Customize these flatbread pizzas with your favorite toppings like olives, onions, or jalapeños.
