  • 2 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 12 oz frozen cauliflower rice
  • 4 strips beef bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon herb and garlic seasoning or Italian seasoning
  • 1 /2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 /2 cup cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 /4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). This ensures that your casserole cooks evenly and comes out hot and bubbly.
  • Grease or spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except for 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese. This will create a creamy, cheesy mixture that binds everything together. Mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top for a deliciously cheesy crust.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly. Keep an eye on it during the last few minutes to ensure the cheese doesn’t burn.

Notes

For added flavor, you can sprinkle some extra shredded cheese on top before serving.
