  • 0.5 pound ground beef
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound fresh jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded
  • 8 ounce ranch dressing (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned; then drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, softened cream cheese, and shredded Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the sausage mixture into each jalapeño half.
  • Arrange the stuffed jalapeño halves in baking dishes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the filling is bubbly and slightly browned.

Notes

You can drizzle ranch dressing over the stuffed jalapeños before serving for an extra burst of flavor.
