Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated country biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced, cooked chicken
  • 0.5 cup diced, cooked beef
  • 0.5 cup alfredo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Open the tube of biscuits and gently separate them.
  • Roll or press each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of alfredo sauce to the middle of each biscuit.
  • Top with 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese, 1 tablespoon of diced chicken, and a few pieces of beef.
  • Pull the sides of the dough up and over the filling, pinching the middle to seal.
  • Place the filled biscuits seam side down in the air fryer basket.
  • Set the air fryer to 320°F and cook for 7-9 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and oregano.
  • Brush the cooked biscuits with melted butter and sprinkle the parmesan mixture on top.

Notes

For a twist, try adding your favorite pizza toppings like pepperoni or bell peppers to the filling.
