  • 8 pieces mini Naan flatbreads
  • 3 hearts medium Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 pound chicken tenders, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Caesar salad dressing homemade or store-bought
  • 6 ounces Parmesan cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Split the shredded Parmesan cheese into two bowls.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the chicken with salt, Italian seasoning, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned chicken for about 8 minutes or until it reaches 165°F. Set aside.
  • Place the mini Naan flatbreads on a baking sheet and sprinkle one bowl of shredded Parmesan cheese over each flatbread. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts and turns lightly golden.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, remaining Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss well.
  • Take the Naan flatbreads out of the oven and top each with the chicken Caesar salad mixture.
  • Serve immediately and savor your Chicken Caesar Flatbreads!

Notes

For added flavor, consider grilling the Naan flatbreads before assembling the flatbreads.
