  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 6 pieces tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, red pepper flakes, ginger, and garlic to make the peanut sauce.
  • In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, shredded carrots, cilantro, and roasted peanuts. Pour the peanut sauce over the mixture and stir well.
  • Heat the tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds to make them more pliable.
  • Divide the chicken and coleslaw mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly, securing with toothpicks if needed.

Notes

You can customize these wraps by adding sliced avocado or a squeeze of lime juice for extra flavor.
