For Whipped Cream Topping:

cold heavy whipping cream

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler, then set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
Whip the cold heavy cream with powdered sugar until firm peaks form, then refrigerate.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until no white streaks remain.
Spread the filling over the cookie crust and chill for 3 hours or overnight.
Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and firm.
Spread the whipped cream over the filling and top with chocolate shavings.
Chill for 30 minutes before slicing into squares.
Notes
For a twist, try adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top for a sweet and salty contrast.
