Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside.
Place the crispy rice cereal in a large mixing bowl.
In a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Melt the ingredients together until smooth. Stir well to combine.
Pour the chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the crispy rice cereal. Mix until the cereal is evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture into the lined baking dish. Refrigerate for at least an hour until it sets.
Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars.
