Chocolate Pretzel Caramel Bark

  • Baking sheet To spread the bark on.
  • Parchment paper To line the baking sheet.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 oz pretzels
  • 11 oz Kraft caramel
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 pinch sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each time.
  • Spread about 2/3 of the melted chocolate on the parchment paper.
  • Place the pretzels on top of the chocolate, gently pressing them down.
  • In another bowl, melt the caramels with the heavy cream in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
  • Drizzle the caramel evenly over the pretzels.
  • Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the caramel and sprinkle sea salt on top.
  • Chill the bark in the fridge until set, about 30 minutes, or let it set at room temperature for about 2 hours.

Notes

For a variation, consider adding chopped nuts or dried fruit on top before chilling.
