Instructions
Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and cold butter cubes. Stir constantly for 4-6 minutes until smooth and melted. Remove from heat. Tip: Make sure to stir continuously to prevent the chocolate from burning.
Transfer 1/3 of the melted mixture to a small bowl and mix in red gel food coloring until desired color is achieved.
In another bowl, mix another 1/3 of the mixture with green gel food coloring until desired color is reached.
Randomly add dollops of the white, red, and green mixtures into the prepared pan.
Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the colors for a decorative pattern on top. Tip: Don’t over-swirl; you want to keep the distinct colors visible!
Press down gently on the fudge with parchment paper to smooth the top without disturbing the swirls.
Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set.
Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper overhang, place on a cutting board, and slice into 64 1x1 inch pieces to serve.
Notes
For a festive touch, consider adding sprinkles or edible glitter on top before chilling.
