  • 1 loaf white bread, thinly sliced
  • 5.5 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Remove the crust from the bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  • In another bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon, then set aside.
  • Spread 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto each flattened bread slice and roll them up.
  • Dip each rolled bread into the melted butter, then coat them in the cinnamon and sugar mix.
  • Place the roll-ups on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining bread slices.
  • Bake for 16-20 minutes until the roll-ups are golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
