Main Ingredients

  • 20 ounces refrigerated canned biscuits
  • 1 stick salted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are about 1 inch apart.
  • Bake the biscuit quarters for 7-10 minutes until they are just cooked through but still pale in color.
  • While the biscuits are baking, melt the butter in a small mixing bowl. In another small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Once the biscuits are baked, let them cool for about 5 minutes. Switch your oven to broil.
  • Dip each biscuit quarter in the melted butter, then coat it in the cinnamon sugar mixture, and return it to the baking sheet.
  • Place the biscuit bites under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until the cinnamon sugar caramelizes. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  • Transfer the biscuit bites to a cooling rack for 30 seconds, then place them on a serving plate and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra touch, you can drizzle some icing over the biscuit bites before serving.
