Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another large bowl, beat the brown sugar and butter with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the eggs and mashed bananas, blending well.
Combine the banana mixture with the flour mixture until just mixed.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the batter before baking.
