Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned; drain any excess fat.
  • Transfer the cooked beef and onion to a slow cooker. Add ketchup, sugar, vinegar, and mustard. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, celery seed, and black pepper.
  • Cover and cook on Low for 3 hours.
