Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and grease an 8x8" baking pan with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine the dry Jiffy mix, drained whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until everything is well blended.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until the top is lightly golden brown.
Season with salt and black pepper to your taste.
If desired, garnish with fresh parsley or sliced green onion.
Notes
For a bit of heat, add a dash of cayenne pepper or a sprinkle of paprika to the mixture before baking.
