Main Ingredients

  • 0.5 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup corn
  • 0.67 cup Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.33 cup whole milk
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 32 ounces tater tots

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add corn, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, black pepper, and bacon to the skillet. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • In a 9x13-inch baking pan, layer the beef mixture, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and line the tater tots on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
