Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 10 minutes. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving 2-3 tbsp. of bacon grease in the skillet.
In the same skillet, add butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes until a glaze forms.
Add drained green beans and reserved bacon to the skillet. Toss to coat and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
Notes
If the sauce is too thin, simmer for longer or mix a cornstarch slurry to thicken.
